If you would like a refund for a class purchase, you are eligible for a refund up until 7 days before your class date. After this you will only be able rearrange the date or transfer the booking to a new name.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at email@example.com.
If you would like to rearrange your class then contact me directly on firstname.lastname@example.org and I will give you several options for new dates. If you would like to transfer your booking to a new name contact me by email and I will confirm with you that the transfer has been completed.
